The real freedom of speech problem with campuses comes with religious folks and conservatives suppressing science like climate change and evolution.
There seem to be alot of people upset about the modern social consequences of saying the N word or expressing sexist racist homophobic type stuff that get all in a fluff about it and try to steer the conversation. The numbers show otherwise.

What you state is indeed a problem, but far from the "real problem". The real problem is suppression, in academia, of all "disagreeable" viewpoints.
