I have a Charlie Brown christmas tree. Has a plastic duck hanging from it. Thats about it.

Bah Humbug! We don't buy each other gifts for xmas. If we want something we just buy it. That way it fits, we get the right color and it's what we actually want. If we want to give a gift we do it anytime. That way there's no "requirement to gift". It's a true gift not a season for the retailers.

Twenty-five or so years ago near Seattle my wife and I were shopping for each other's Xmas gifts.
It turned out we both happened to be looking at the same ring -- so we bought rings for each other and then went on to look for Xmas presents separately. Ha, ha.

I do decorate! My Yule tree will go up about the second week of December. It will be decorated with symbols of reason and science!

We treat it as a secular festival. Any holiday that promotes kindness and generosity is OK with me. Also we like bling around the house 🙂

Yes...I actually like Xmas 😊...People are nicer to each other...it's a big party to me!🌹BUT no Nativity Scenes ... 💐✌️😊🌹

No. We decorate for winter solstice.

If I do any decorating it is with a Winter theme.

I would and could, but don't and won't. This is all because I live alone. The situation changes when you bring others into the picture.

Live alone and decorate the heck out of things, and leave them up a long time because it is cold & grey in January.

1

I don't because I live alone and there is no point at this time to buy and decorate.
But as soon as t makes sense, it is nice for the feeling of end of the year, finishing a cycle etc.

Some decorate for the season. Without quite the same meaning behind it.

All Christmas Decorating (excluding manger scenes) were stolen from the Pagans anyway... so why not if it pleases you?

Give it different meaning - or research the old ones.

I am not actually an agnostic. I am an atheist. Also I have never been Christian and have never decorated for Christmas, a holiday that annoys the crap out of me, in my whole life. I do light a menorah at Chanukah, which, although it encompasses Christmastime this year, is not related to Christmas in any way. However, last year one of my cats set herself on fire so although I don't like electric menorahs, I might have to see if I can find a decent one this year in the interest of not harming my babies or burning the house down.

Oh yes! Never met a Garland I didn't like!

I don't decorate or do anything overt for Xmas or the neighboring holidays, but not because it's religious. It's equal parts laziness, apathy, and bah-humbuggery.

NO! I participate in the whole sham only because I am forced to by people I love because they are under the illusion that they have to participate. My only other option is to be a bah hum bug and ruin everyone else's day. They already think I'm weird so I try not to give them too much ammunition!!

With non religious decorations.

I cannot speak for anyone else, but I do not decorate for any holiday, including that one.

Nope!

Used to have"bah, humbug" in my window. Now I just try to see family, most are atheist.
