CNN and MSNC are beating the drums since yesterday that the House Won, House Won... but neither is telling what else Judge Jackson said.

The Judge also said that the witnesses cannot be forced to tell anything that is protected by the executive privilege. This means that other than appearances, House is going to get ZILCH at the hearings.

Trump's stalling tactics are working. MGahn has filed an appeal. That will take a few months. Supreme Court has put a freeze on releasing Trump's taxes and won't hear the case until next summer. This means Trump will have plenty of time to articulate his message to American voters and make Democratic Congressmen peel away from unity.

My guess is - more Democratic house members will start saying very soon that impeachment does not have voter support. That is why Pelosi is rushing to do it while the air is hot.
