Greetings, fellow heretics.
Hope you all had a good holiday weekend. I’ve been a bit out of it, between family, cooking, and a storm of grief for my dog. I had to go inward for a few days.
What about you guys? How do you deal with overwhelming stress, especially at the holiday season?

I think inward is the default for the majority of people,,We had black friday in Canada but our Thanksgivng is Mid October,,so no stress there,,making my christmas list up and checking it twice and then will go out and pic up what i need and thats it no stress,,enjoy walking around looking at everyone else running and panicing ,

I’m a true introvert: I’m recharged and soothed during my solitary time. I generally describe it as ‘not doing jackshit’. 😁 It’s harder than many people know, the deliberate going inward and placing no expectations on myself. I also hate crowds, so what little shopping I do will be low-stress!

Intend to withdraw as much as possible.
