“Not Qualified” Judicial Nominee Confirmed By Senate For Lifetime Appointment
This issue of lifetime appointments should have been dealt with decades ago but I'm for getting rid of ALL lifetime appointments, including the Supreme Court. I'd prefer a 10 years max on lower courts and 20 years max on SCOTUS.

. . . good luck changing that.
Also, there is already too much politics in government, judges are the worst place to add more IMO.
