Some points to consider in posting. Question whether or not most people will know the acronyms you use. If they likely will not, expand it. I'm assuming you meant IHD (Inequalities in human development), which is actually part of the subtitle of the 2019 HDR (Human Development Report).

If you're linking to something at a site that is within the United Nations umbrella of organizations, it's best to give a link to something within the un.org domain, so people won't question it from the get-go, and... probably subsequently ignore the entire post. I think most people will recognize that un.org is the domain for the United Nations, but probably not other related domains. This approach would be applicable to any organization that has related different domains.

Sure it takes following some links to get to the actual report, but I think that's less problematic than the direct link, since readers won't be questioning it, as I did, i.e. "What the hell is undp.org?"

Sorry, I edited.
I was discussing it in my birth language when posting and typed it automatically =)
And added the news source also, thanks
