Enjoying a nice snow day at home. Not even going to risk my car when it's crazy ice outside and I have a 25 mile drive one way. This assignment is almost over and the next one is much closer that starts next month. I made a massive vat of homemade beef vegetable yesterday when the snow started....sounds fine for this weather.

a vat. nice.

Pretty much. about 4-5 gallons. I'm more used to cooking in large quantities. Had a restaurant at one time. It's ok, it freezes well for later.

@Larimar i get it. i used to make large quantities of stuff at opryland.
