Spending my weekend baking cookies and treats for family and friends. Been doing this for over 50 years now and love the memories of doing this with my mom, and then passing it on and doing with my children. Most of the memories are very happy but yet sad that the two generations never met. Both my parents were gone by the time my children were born and that makes me sad that they didn't know what wonderful grandchildren they have. Especially my mom. Making some of her favorite treats is a great way of sharing her with others.
