McDonald’s Debuts Rice Bun Burger in Japan - as the country goes crazy.

According to a CNN's report, the new “gohan” burger offers “a new taste by changing the bun into a specially made rice bun while keeping the ingredients and seasoning of the classic burger”.

The buns are made from homegrown rice and are glazed with a savory soy sauce.

The new meal option comes in three varieties including rice teriyaki, rice bacon lettuce and rice fried chicken. The burgers will be sold nationwide in Japan for a limited time.
