This is a link to a blog by one of my favourite economic writers. He is critical of philosophers writing about the acquisition of knowledge when they do not have children thus lack experience watching how children learn. I think that he contradicts himself in some ways especially in the next article I will post by him. But he relates the problem to the bad economic theories of our time.
