State of Kentucky refused to Issue a Vanity vehicle license plate as vulgar or obscene with “I’M GOD” on it, even though Hart had had the same name on his vanity plate in Ohio back in 2016!!!

The state of Kentucky has now been order to pay$150,000.00 for violating his First Amendment Rights!

Hart stated that “ there is nothing obscene or vulgar about my view on my religious beliefs that are my subject to individual interpretation”!

Hart is a confirmed Atheists!!!!

I paid those fucks $75 to have NRA plates and I never got a cent back. And mythical fairy figures is far more outlandish than something that really exist. So fuck you and quit whining.

Who are you angry at? The guy whose first amendment rights were violated? The state of Kentucky for violating his rights? The jury and/or judge who made the decision? I don't understand why you are angry about this. What am I missing?

Don't you know that we are all gods!

Ah, man! Why can't the state violate my religious beliefs every now and then so I can get $150,000. I sure could use it about now.

The way it should be. The problem is its just government money so they don't care. No one takes a personal loss or is held accountable personally when it comes to the government. So the same violations are repeated over and over as the perps are not accountable at all. Elected officals, appointed officals, nor government employees have no accountability and no reprocussions for their actions. The government simply pays the fine and it happens again. I have seen this same problem many times.

I agree with the guy. It's not his fault about other people's interpretation of what he put as reg plate.

That's cool. I've seen afew godless, atheist, and nogod license plates, but never Imgod. Awesome. I think it's great that the state has to pay. Serves them right for giving Ken Hamm that big tax break on his ark park...

This was reported by FFRF. They intercede in many of such things and get lots of crank mail for all it's members to read and laugh.

I read this when it broke. I want an atheist plate but my car would be destroyed in this small area 😟

Put a bumper sticker that many brainwashed don't object to: IN DOG WE TRUST

@Mofo1953 I don't trust in dog but I do trust dogs more than god.
