Is the US right in confiscating masks made in China at the 3M factory or should the buyer who paid for the shipment get the masks?

3M is a huge multinational conglomerate . . .

American owned, which is why #ClustertRump dared hijack the shipment.

@EllenDale I guess that's why they've always said, Possession is nine-tenths of the law....

@TomMcGiverin Until we steal it from you

The USA imports enormous amounts of medical equipment and pharmaceuticals from other countries. So fucking them over in this regard might not be the greatest idea, nu?

Well, yes, there's always that. However diplomacy and loyalty to allied nations have never been Trump's strong suit...

Right! However, @TomMcGiverin is correct, too. #ClustertRump is a nationalist—every president for himself.

That's a tough moral dilemma. Maybe the answer is that we should do less outsourcing of manufacturing and make sure that we have factories here for everything that is essential to our health and national security instead of shipping it all to third world countries with starvation wages.

"Should I fuck over my friends because I was too stupid to prepare for an utterly foreseeable crisis?" isn't a moral dilemma unless you're a sociopath.

@Druvius See above...We need better leadership. Maybe Smudge?

@TomMcGiverin At this point a gerbil in the Oval Office would be an improvement.

@Druvius Quite right. I always try to root for the higher life form...which in this case would be the gerbil..

@TomMcGiverin At least he chose a mammal.
