Covid19 is the worst plan and health hazard since world war 2. At lease world war 2, still had people working wail the bankers supplied money to both sides of the war.

I was cut off of my farmer markets where greens foods are the most important source for the human body. Excerise and healthy foods are the two top most common ways to avoid the 10 ten most common ways to die in life.

The Governments are telling you to stay home and eat at Walmart 🙂. Worst health idea I can ever imagine, certainty not bio organism expert. The immune system needs practice and excerise. Covid19 would not make the top 50 worst virus or dieses in the world. Dozens of greater viruses each have killed millions of people in our human history. Heart and cancer with kill at least 5 billion of us, yet the mass dose not panic. Covid19 has killed only 10s of thousands of people so far. It all about fear mongering vs the power of love from the true world leaders of the world. Where consciousness of 80% of the people make the real positive big decision, only let the Government take care of the small stuff.

Your thoughts.
It seem am rarely popular at first, yet mark my words like all my other pass predictions that did come true and popular later. This is the worst plan in human history.

I get your point about so many other diseases and conditions killing more than the Sars-COV2 virus. Malaria is limited in range. Seems we just choose to mostly ignore world hunger, The problems that go with a poor diet aka western diet for many is just a choice. Many of the poor in America can't afford better food. THAT said governments have never let a good crisis go to waste. I do not think the virus was a planned assault but the planning was a failure. The continued planning is a failure. The powers that be are really watching how the public reacts to their fear mongering, testing the limits as it were.
My real hope is that people learn to be much more careful about whom they elect to office.
So far I have been able to get the fresh produce I need at the super market. I have my seeds and the Community Garden beds are ready for planting. Irrigation water and city water lines will be open soon (the freeze factor determines when the city taps at the garden get unlocked). I am working thru my stash of ffresh frozen vegies from last summer 🙂.
But this situation sucks big time as stress really screws with the immune system also.

What are you planting? I went to our large hoop house yesterday and even though it was 55 and sunny inside the hoop house it was sweltering and my friends daughter was working in a tank top and shorts. Apparently seeds and starts are gone the day (twice a week) they are delivered at the hardware store). I did receive some packets of seeds, cucumber, peppers, eggplant., zucchini and a few other plants. We each have a 10 x 10 bed but mine is overgrown and I need to assemble a couple of raised beds. Have to start limiting my time here to get some work done.

@JackPedigo arugala, cilantro, peas, patty pan squash, radishes, cucumber, parsley, zuccini, kolirabi and kale. The seed selection at Bi-Mart was very poor this year. Our seed library at the CWU communty garden may have some other things I might want to try. Last year I did all root crops at my bed there. Well, roots crops do not agree with my gut so that was a big disappointment - I love root crops. Oh well. The thing with being gluten intolerant is nightshade family crops (potates, tomatoes, eggplant) can cause an inflammatory response so I have to limit how much I eat of those. 😟 😟 😟

@silverotter11 You do know cilantro prefers cooler climate. It will bolt as soon as it gets hot. I once built a cloche for our Seattle garden and we had cilantro and Oregano the whole winter.
So is there a connection between GF and the nightshades? I had a blood antigen test done and it did list some items I react to but none of the nightshades were shown. Are you GF as well? You love root crops. Very interesting. They are really good but underappreciated.

@JackPedigo I have never been tested. BUT back in the late 1990's I was having some sever gut issues and my doctor suggested I try a GF diet. I did and all systems cleared up. Then for some reason in 2011 I had a huge flare up. I had been eating a lot of home grown tomatoes, potatoes, rice, etc. It's a long story but short version is I stopped eating thos crops from the nightshade family and rice, used slippery elm twice a day for several weeks to get the inflamation down. Now, what may be the main problem is candida over growth. I have had a fussy gut since I was a kid but while menopause was a breeze (no real horror stories of hot flashes, etc.) my gut issues have been problematic.

@JackPedigo Oh! I know only too well about the bolting thing with cilanto and arugala, I plant those things north of the zuccini so the soil stays shaded and cool.

@silverotter11 Sorry to hear that. I have noted sometimes a mild reaction to tomatoes. Rice and lately quinoa are staples for me.
Once was convinced I had gastritis. Went to the doctor and she said all the symptoms were there ) I had it once while in the military). They did a breath test and it came up negative. I discovered it was stress related and I made some changes in my habits (including on this site). I too sometimes use slippery elm bark. One thing I discovered is that fruits are the easiest to digest and one book recommended, when having gut issues, to go an a 3 day fruit only diet.
It's time to go and do work on the garden. My friend and I have a big project and I need to get garden work in when I can. Will return this evening. Great talking to you.

@JackPedigo Yes, stress plays a huge role and it was after the doctor told me when I was 18 that stress really effects you in a negative way when you have a spastic colon that I developed to a high degree my fuck it attitude. 🙂

@silverotter11 At least you're not the type that thinks Cilantro tastes like soap.
