This book really taught me a lot a lot, the most important thing is to learn to let go of thoughts and relax.

I did not read the book, but here is an excerpt from the Conclusion: "Creativity is at the heart of all innovation, invention, and progress and is therefore a critical skill. Yet, it cannot be increased through long hours of work or massive doses of caffeine or specially designed computer equipment. Creativity cannot be institutionalized. Most of the time, new innovations are developed in order to solve problems, not because someone set aside time to "be creative." The key is to create an environment in which the brain is most likely to access its creativity." And it goes on to say, "Collaboration is our superpower. Perhaps we can create a culture in which relationships are prioritized instead of productivity. Human beings have a great capacity for joy. I would love to see us make joy a goal."

Have not read but I think I follow this these days. What was a 50 or 60 hour a week corporate job is now a part time 20 hour a week driving school bus with summers and breaks off. Pace yourself when doing anything is my rule. I accomplish things but never in a big hurry unless an emergency or dire need. Not sure about the underliving thing but I enjoy my time kicking back. A good day for me is seeing a few varieties of birds and squirrels in the yard or just puttering around there. I am good doing that but others may find it boring.
