Not all that long ago I asked on this site " What is the worst phrase in the English/US language?". So I learned a lot from that. Now it is the mirror image question. What is the best short phrase(or meme) in those languages...... the one you would most like to hear said, most likely in all your life? Keep it brief and without periods if possible, please.

It ain't nothing but a thing.

Perfectly puts most things in perspective...it (insert situation) IS something to be considered and addressed, but let's not take it TOO seriously! It's a 'thing,' to be sure, but that's all it is, and in due time it'll pass into history like every OTHER thing since time began.

Synonyms for "thing"? I think it is a very useful word but like 'nice' is it too wide?

@Mcflewster Precisely the point. A 'thing' in this context a 'commonplace event,' and no matter how serious a distressed person considers it, very few 'things' rise to the level of a 'full blown emergency,'
If an observer comments in this manner to something YOU consider a 'disaster,' he or she is saying EVERYBODY (at one time or another) hits the panic button despite, viewed from afar, nothing of significance has occurred. It can be a condenscending affront if received defensively:
"What? No, this is SERIOUS!"
More often than not, however, it is the panicker who is overreacting to a relatively minor problem.

I learnt this one from my daughter. "whatever"

It is good because she is prepared for anything, so is all encompassing like "Bless You" [ Never understand what that really means].

"Oh fuck off!"
Completely versatile usable by all and depending on emphasis universally applicable to all situations.
The near perfect phrase to express, contempt, dismissal, exasperation, anger, sorrow, good humour and a multitude of other meanings.
One of the greatest English language phrases every conceived.

I actually think it means "split youreself into little pieces and re-arrange yourself with little pieces of another individual".

I was recently having a conversation with my 17yr old son about his step mother. She's a lovely human, very kind, compassionate and thoughtful, but a little too heavy into the woo. He said to me, "Thank you for being you" and I remember thinking it was about the most meaningful thing I'd ever had said to me. So, I'm going with that.
Thank you for being you.

Mine is " You will never know how much faith I have in you"

... and I do not mean religious faith [qualifyer]
