Have I just invented a new word or remembered it from elsewhere? The word is to describe the madness attendant upon believers of the Christian religion. The word is -

Xsanity.

Please advise - a new suggestion is to avoid Xtians taking it to mean that their creationism and penguins on arks is sane then the word should be Xinsanity ?

I once invented a new word - "dismerable", as in "it was another dismerable day".
I think it's self-explanatory.

Xsanity is like Xchristmas

Like Xsanity.

Thank you.

It is sarcastic though. See my reply to Mortal above.

Xinsanity comes from their xinsecurity over their lack of evidence or logic.

Its the old yin and tan yan principle. Excuse me. Yin and fang. Try again Ying and Yang. Four times and your an idiot.

And anyone who cannot tap dance and simultaneously whistle is a "answers on a postcard to PO Box 666, Melbourne, Vic, 3001, Australia".

Maybe I should make up a word about the obnoxiousness and intolerance that seems to be present in most atheists.

You are welcome to make up any word that you wish, that is generally the nature of "obnoxious intolerant" agnostics and atheists.
But whilst generalising please explain to me the generalisation that Israel is committing genocide against the Palestinian people whose land has been stolen because the Jews are God's chosen children?

How about “Ath-holes”

@jperlow If we can't vent here amongst our fellows, what would you have us do? Meekly take the laws, tax breaks & poisoning of our education that the xtians push & silently sob? Screw that, I'm not in the closet & won't be put back there!

@jperlow Now Jason I have to ask "Do you have a lisp?". The free dictionary at [encyclopedia.thefreedictionary.com]
gives many definitions for Ath ... clever, it has just dawned on me abbreviation of "atheist".
So by combining it with holes you ingeniously also malign male homosexuals, people with speech impediments and, atheists. A lovely economy of scale. But still based upon a generalisation.

As an agnostic how do you justify denial of Xinsanity? I think that in DSM V it will fall into the category of "folies en masse" but that is 3 words and not in English.

You seemingly decline to answer my question on the generalisation of Israel and the genocide of the Palestinians or perhaps you are waiting for sanctioned response/ MOSSAD to do their work?

@FrayedBear And what does this have to do with the current topic?

You can probably claim that one, I haven't heard it before.
The only 2 we have laid claim to are
unpickupable, a girl who is too into herself no guy has a chance
and
pisserofferer, someone who just won't stay out of your face.

LOL. Unpickupable aka "I don't fart in my sleep" and
Pissofferer aka "won't stand his shout" or "O.P." as in "he only smokes O.P.s", other people's cigarettes. Ted Egan wrote a song with the NT expression as the title. It'll come back to me in a while!

Roger was no Death Adder

I've never heard that before lol?

Could be you realted it to Xmas- I did read somewhere that X was the old latin(?) symbol for Chi hence Xmas =Christmas and subconciously(or had divine inspiration LOL) and came up with Xsanity.

I noticed Xtian is used by some to abbreviate Christian. The only divinity in my existence is myself.

I've never heard it - but I think it has its uses in modern language, if it catches on!

Thank you.
