One of the most frustrating things I find is that many who claim to be Christian, or Muslim are not truly following the gods of their holy books. For example many gay, those who fornicate and drink they have created a god in their image and slapped a name brand label on him. I always try and bring this to their attention that it isn't Yahweh or Allah they are worshipping as they are both deadly (pun) serious about these sins. And yet somehow they justify that he is cool with it now? Please can someone explain this thinking of moderate believers? Why is it people aren't happy to just be theists or deists they feel they have to be associated and part of a religion that clearly against their actually beliefs!
