Sat up their compounds in surrounding ‘rural’ counties (fucking up their govenments & schools). Stockpiled guns & ammo … for when the government came to get them..
Apparently, with all that steel & ammo rusting in the woods, and nobody coming for it - and a divisive hitler-like mistaken president - they view this as their opportunity to strike! ...problem is, Portland will fight back..
