Trump should be toast, but everyone who could stop him is too afraid. I want to live long enough to see him hanging from a meat hook.

I doubt this will change his base at all. They will believe his lies and excuses.

It's just an interesting month, isn't it Friends? Will the teflon turd come out clean? We'll see.

Just a book and Trump is toast??

You have the answer. You don't need to ask.

If the answer to any of the following points is "yes", the answer to you question is "agree."

There have been many explosive books published and have been best sellers before. Is he toast?

  1. Trump's niece Mary L. Trump’s memoir, “Too Much and Never Enough,”
  2. Michael Wolff’s book “Fire and Fury”
  3. David Horowitz’s “BLITZ: Trump Will Smash the Left and Win.”
  4. Michael Cohen's book “Disloyal: A Memoir: The True Story Of The Former Personal Attorney To President Donald J. Trump,” a memoir about Trump's gangster behavior
  5. Michael S. Schmidt's book - “Donald Trump v. The United States: Inside the Struggle to Stop a President”
  6. Stephanie Winston Wolkoff's book - “Melania and Me: The Rise and Fall of My Friendship with the First Lady.”
  7. Julia Young - "Please Don't Grab My P#$$y"
  8. Dennis Johnson - "What We Do Now: Standing Up For Your Values in Trump's America"
  9. Jim Acosta - "The Enemy of the People: A Dangerous Time to Tell the Truth in America"
  10. Wayne Barrett - "Trump: The Deals and the Downfall"
  11. John Bolton - "The Room Where It Happened: A White House Memoir"
  12. David Frum - "Trumpocracy: The Corruption of the American Republic"
  13. Neil Katyal and Sam Koppelman - "Impeach: The Case Against Donald Trump"
  14. Bandy Lee - "The Dangerous Case of Donald Trump"
  15. Allan Lichtman - "The Case for Impeachment"
  16. Omarosa Manigault Newman - "Unhinged"
  17. Matt Taibbi - " Insane Clown President: Dispatches from the 2016 Circus"
  18. Time editors - "Donald Trump: The Rise of a Rule Breaker"

Books do nothing. The Watergate era is over. There have been as many books written about praising TRump by conservatives and bookstores do not choose only to list and publicize books against Trump. You are going to see over 250 books against and for Trump.

By the way, how about tons of investigations and impeachments? We said with each of these times that Trump was toast. Was he toast?

  1. Access Hollywood tape
  2. Bimbo eruptions with Stormy Daniels and three other women with corroborating evidence
  3. Payments to Stormy Daniels and campaign finance violation
  4. Firing of James Comey and his hand written notes at the FBI
  5. Trump and Kushner dash visit to Audit Arabia and cutting an apparent secret personal business deal
  6. White House high security clearances to Kushner and other family members over objections of ethics officer
  7. The entire investigation and press for the Robert Mueller and his aggressive team
  8. Multiple subpoenas by House committees
  9. Several court battles (including in SC) for documents, testimonies of Trump witnesses by House
  10. Battles to get Trump's tax returns
  11. Subpoenas to Deutsche Bank and Mazars USA for tax returns
  12. Subpoenas to get Don McGahn's tsetimony in the House and court cases
  13. The Ukraine call, whistle blower's complaint, inspector general's report and testimony, house testimonies
  14. Three impeachments by the House
  15. Senate impeachment trial with the Chief Justice presiding
  16. The Helsinki press conference of Trump and Putin with Trump defending Putin
  17. The fact that no stenographer or transcripts were allowed for many meetings with foreign heads of state
  18. Democrats' demand for documents and witness testimony related to the Trump administration's decision to add a citizenship question to the 2020 census

Trump will not be toast. The chances of Biden and Trump winning in 2020 are still 50:50.

Why?

  1. Because Trump is a Teflon president. He knows how to handle media, lawyers, courts, system and adversity
  2. Democrats are weak and Joe Biden is a lousy candidate.

Right now Joe is the only candidate if we want to win.

@Namaste

I want him to win too. But my point is Biden victory is not certain. We have not been able to beat Trump in anything at all since 2016.

There is no need for irrational exuburance with this book. It will do nothing.

@St-Sinner Man, you've done your homework! I'm so sick of hearing the name Trump and listening to his constant lies and rants I can barely stand to watch the evening news anymore. Even the Late Shows are just more Trump, Trump, Trump.
I agree with you completely. They could come out with Putin handing him wads of cash videos and it would not affect his ardent fans. But this denigration of veterans and throwing top generals to the wolves is going to peel at least a few of the military votes away from him I hope.

@Barnie2years
I want Trump gone but our weak generals (Democratic party leaders) and weak party disappoint me. We are not led right or led strong. Our current old wood leaders must go.

His base absolutely don't care! They would be happy if he had Woodward arrested and hung for blasphemy against their Savior.

Agree, Kyle Kulinski asks, "Is Trump Toast ," on YouTube Secular Talk. He cites poll results in several key states: MI AZ WI PA FL NC & TX, with Biden leading in all from 10.5 (MI) to 0.2 (TX). He thinks the Orange Ogre needs a miracle to win.
