The hostess tiptoed up to him and inquired tenderly, "Pardon me, are you a Kentuckian?"

"Nay, madam," the tearful one replied, "I'm a musician."

As a musician, I winced when bands play out of tune.

I was first flute In high school orchestra and band.

"You play out of tune when it's raining," our director told us. The barometer was falling.
