His Henchmen - mcconnell in the Senate and barr as Attorney General - continue to shield him from consequences or prosecution.

The nation (nearly) handed him the presidency, the supreme court, the house & senate … all that’s been ‘taken back’ is the house of reps, which has limited powers, or, under it’s female democratic leadership, refuses to abuse those powers to the extent her deadly opposition in the senate has & does.
