My name is Janine I’m 37 female , consider myself and atheist/ humanist , iv been a lover of electronic music for over 15 years, my texperiences I had at Raves and events and the people I met definitely shaped me and open up my mind , I was raised as a Jehovah’s Witness and left about 7 years ago and I have never been happier, I’m a major supporter of the LGBT community and consider myself Pansexual . I elected to identify with humanism as opporsed to atheism when several books were published attacking religions for past wars and killings. I believe that even without religion these warmongers would exist. Mankind is subject to the primal concept of tribalism. The amaygala or primal portion of the brain instructs us on issues life like- fight or flight. This instinct protected us before we evolved and instructs us to seek our tribe for safety. So if it weren't religion it would be another concept as is obvious with racial and gender bias. Attacks against the LGBT and other different people are primal and result from the insecurity of the attackers.
