The US Department of Justice has unsealed today charges against six GRU officers believed to be members of Sandworm, one of today's most advanced state-sponsored hacking groups.

Fed to that Rupert Murdoch owned tabloid by Rudy Giuliani. Mostly debunked as false and not carried by any other outlet. Basically the same story Trump was impeached for and acquitted in a totally partisan vote. There is no doubt this story is of Russian origin.
