Dear god, why does dealing with family take so much effort now. Can't show reasons for damn near anything, follow media who fear monger like no tomorrow. And everything that doesn't align with my views is a lie or a conspiracy.
This is one of the few things that I struggle with at Christmas.
There must be a place I can vent

Counseling can teach you how to choose options & handle the situation. I loved Xmas at a time in my life. It holds no meaning for me now. But then I am an introvert.

Sorry I tend to rush if I'm pissed off enough.
Lies about the war on Christmas, wrong beliefs on changes of law.
Beliefs on how all media is deliberately lying. Granted I don't think all issues are black and white.
But in my few visits to place he mentioned like l, the blaze and Breitbart.
It's so frustrating to see someone who has been through a very risky surgery not even ever mentioned the hardwork of the doctor who saved his life. It's all the great work of God.

Politics have torn up relationships all over the country, add in tremendous stress of COVID , perfect storm...

@barjoe I'm not going to get any more specific than uncle. But it's a trend I am seeing growing in my family.
His life was saved not that long ago by a surgeon who operated for iirc for 9 hours. But ya know I've not ever once seen him thanked.
@Canndue yes covid has brought up a perfect storm. Sad part is that I just wanted to wish him well.
