Very apt appraisal of the near future- what we grasp
and carry forth AS OPPOSED to what we jettison
will show our mettle. Other generations ROSE
to the occasion and changed the direction humanity
was following ( either knowingly or not ).
Being timid could / quite probably , set society
back so far as to not recover a sense of balance.
Which is needed to prevent and minimize future
events that threaten humanity( climate change; hunger; species depletion; war ; ect. )💜
THANKS

She is an awesome woman!

A part of a very very small but very exceptional minority in that land. Most of good reputation and achievements of India are driven by such exceptional minority.

That's the tragic irony of minorities there. The top 1% have a better life than anywhere else in the world, the small 1% control the power, the small minority of the lower class who are called untouchables face the most injustice and atrocities in the society, the small minority go to good universities on scholarships around the world and there is a very small percentage of atheists that includes respected and influential literary figures, scientists and academicians. India's most famous atheist is a poet, writer called Javed Akhtar. He jumps on every opportunity to publicly debate and speak on atheism. Akhtar and Arundhati Roy are good friends.
