Sounds like every neighborhood I have ever lived in until now....this neighborhood is really quiet...probably serious shenanigans going on...'they were so quiet and never caused a problem...except for the clown suit and the smell from the basement...'

In Uganda, during the 1970s, when the dictator Idi Amin was in power, (look him up if you've never heard of him) there was the sound of occasional gunfire all through the night. However, sometimes it fell silent for an hour or more - and that's when we started to worry, because we knew something was brewing.
