Yay, it's over at last.
Pauline R. has finally been given the very rough end of the pineapple most deservedly so imo.
The case was heard in Court yesterday and the Judge handed down her decision within 20 minutes.
Results,
$60,000 in Compensation, plus ALL Court Costs to be paid by her within 90 days or an Agreement to make REGULAR payments to be decided by the Court,
A written Apology to received by me within 7 days,
A written Apology to be received by ALL other parties within 7 days,
ALL written Apologies MUST go through the Court first to be checked and vetted then via the Lawyers as well BEFORE going to the Plaintiffs.
So now I have to fill out papers required to allocate the compensation to the following,
$15,000 to Childhood Cancer Research in my daughters name,
$15,000 to CanTeen in my daughters name,
$15,000 to Childhood Cancer, S.A., and,
$15,000 in to a Trust Fund for my nephew Henry who may need it when he decides to either further his education and go to Uni or otherwise.
Victims Compensation will pay the money up front BUT she will be MADE to repay the entire amounts in FULL.

Fantastic news!!!!! All because of a mouth the size of a cave.

Well you've put it far nicer than I would but Yes, I agree.

@Triphid I don't like to be too crude online.

I wonder how Pauline R. felt about that five days in the cooler for her contempt of court. I further wonder if she has learned anything. I yet further wonder if she is even capable of learning anything.
