Hi guys, girls and non-binary pals! I hope to find you well! Here it's almost Spring, because of the relatively high temperatures. It's also little bit windy but at least wind cleans the air. I'm making the most of the last days of freedom. Lombardy will be a "Yellow Zone" until tomorrow. Then, from Monday on (I don't know the exact "expiry date" ), it will become "Dark-Orange Zone". This means we'll have stricter movement rules, because cases increased. We'll be able to travel just for emergencies, health, work and groceries.
Fortunately, I can't surely complain about my life. But it's this whole covid thing that is really annoying. I'm afraid we won't be able to get over this shit for a long time...
All the best, I hope that the tougher restrictions have the desired effect and you stay safe
I'm glad things are doing better in Italy. The mitigation and cooperation of the citizenry saved tens of thousands of lives. In the US that lack of protocol cost hundreds of thousands of lives.
Yes, they're better if you compare 2020 to 2021. But here in Lombardy there are more than 4000 sick people, and we didn't see such a large figure for a while. If nothing else, we can say restrictions brought some results.
