Yesterday, i came across a beautiful piece of analysis that described well, very well actually the so called prophets. the narrator said: in ancient arabia, there was no mental institutions for the mentally ill, the very first step of recognizing the mental disorder was to become a prophet.

i was blown away with the analogy for it was precise and describes well the life of the so called prophet mohammed!.

Yes, it is funny how prophets always seem to have their visions, after going with out food and spending time at high altitude.
