Happiness is a choice. We may decide to get wet in the rain and appreciate and enjoy the moment or complain about the shitty weather. A choice.

I think happiness is a result of gratitude and that takes practice. I have determined to be grateful and meditate on that.

Hello and welcome enjoy the site. No, I think that happiness takes work at least, and may also be genetically determined, and therefore never available to some people.
