Cool and inventive

Now that is something I could understand. Brilliant grandson! My 7 year old grandson patiently taught me how to use crazy filters on my phone during our surprise video chats, so I wouldn't worry so much when I don't have my lipstick on or even combed my hair yet when he calls me unexpectedly. Now I can put on a virtual silly hat and crazy face paint, and not be self conscious to hear his voice and see things he wants to show me in his room. Technology is great, but I will be relying on my grandchildren to keep me up to date on how best to communicate with them when I'm 96.

When we get this old, our grandkids will make us simulated smartphones so we can stay in touch with their VR worlds or brain interfaces.
