Is it wrong that I'm so obsessed with reaching level 5 that I would literally whore myself on the streets for those final points?
Honestly, if you reach level 4 before your first month is over....you are doing fine. I worry about the people who have been here less than 30 days are are levels 6-7-8....I mean....do they not have a life? Who posts that much? Do they ever get up and go outside?
I don't think worrying about levels is a healthy pursuit...it's NOT a video game.
Quality over quantity....
Levels and points aren't important, and I don't post much, but I can comment alot in a short span of time. I'd love to spend more time out in nature, but allergies often get in the way, and I'm not fond of constantly medicating. When I do get outside (mostly in autumn), I enjoy shooting sports.
It seems you think they are important since you are bragging that you got to 7 in 9 days. I find that alaming, actually. All I can picture is some pale, pasty skinned guy sitting in his mom's basement eating Cheetos and drinking Mountain Dew....
@SkotlandSkye I wasn't bragging. Alot of the points I did get were from up votes, and not so much on my part. Regarding the last part of your comment, way off there.
Haha, do whatever you feel is appropriate for the situation. I somehow managed to reach level 7 in less than nine days time.
There is this great thing called "outside". You should look into it. Life was NOT meant to be lived staring at a screen....
@SkotlandSkye I don't mind the outdoors, the only thing is this time of year allergens and I are at odds with each other, so extended time spent outdoors can get rather hellish for me this time of year.
Maybe read a book?
@SkotlandSkye Oh I do plenty of that, love to read history and self help books, along with science fiction.
Bwahaha!!! I’m level 7 and didn’t even have to whore myself out!
Me too I must be a natural !
I hiked 6 miles today, cleaned a bathroom and a kitchen, did laundry...and transplanted my pepper plants....
But, hey, I suppose I should be more concerned with the fact that I've been here almost two months...and I'm still not a 7. Dammit.
This post really makes me what to limit my time here further.
I might have to make a rule that I can only post 3 things a day, like 5 posts, and comment 5 times.
yep. All things in moderation. My new goal is not to get to an 8 until 2019.
Cool, sounds like you had a fulfilling day. Wish my day went like yours did. I started the day by clearing out four donation bins for the thrift store I work for (I also drive the 26ft long company truck), and had an additional three pickups at private residences, so that equaled two full truck loads. After work I helped my neighbor, who had been strickened with cancer twice now, to assemble a wooden storage closet because she is not able to do that kind of stuff easily on her own now. Then, I proceeded to shampoo a good majority of the carpeting in my apartment. Finally, I got some spare time to mingle on here with some of those I would consider friends. All things in moderation indeed, I couldn't agree more. When I get past allergy season, I'll be sure to take some nice nature walks as you had suggested, and especially do some sport shooting which I very much enjoy. By the way, I'm in the same group on here that you are in (you know which one I'm referring to), so maybe you could spare a post or two from your "daily limit of five" to talk about what said group advocates? I would be most interested in hearing what you have to say.
Just post something that will piss everybody and rake the points. Post a good old fashion blessing to the atheist and a good fuck all gods to the agnostics... you don't need to prostitute yourself in the streets unless is item number 2 in your bucket list.
LOL. A little.
I'm mainly just commenting to give you a little boost man. Paying the points forward?
I hate to be a bubble burster but you really should save whoring yourself out for a more exciting level. Ain't nothing special happening here. Still haven't gotten cake, balloons or even a congratulatory phone call (well, there may have been a phone call but I never answer unknown numbers). Level 6ers and beyond, help us out here. What level is worth selling your ass over?
Post some memes, they add up quick and people like those too.
LOL!
Great incentive to get people to interact with others. I suspect many/most of the agnostic.com members tend to be a bit introverted, as is common with high IQ people.
I hit Level 5 and I sprayed everywhere. The excitement was outstanding.
