@Archer, my ex-husband's family spoke it. I lived with him, a brother and sister of his, and both parents for a couple years.

Since you obviously do not mean people unable to speak English, since they would be unable to read the question, I assume you mean non Americans who speak a language other than English.
The first language I learnt was Swahili, followed by English, then French and then Spanish.
So here goes:-

Hi - how are you?

@Spinliesel Ays welcher deutscher Gegend? I have zwei und half Hahren in Berlin Verbracht -- aber schon lange her.

Ostfriesland, bei der Nordsee. Das Land ,wo schwarz weiße Kühe erfunden wurde. War noch nie in Berlin, aber habe das Land bei der Ostsee besucht.
