How do you deal with the voices inside your head?
Therapy and medication...seriously. I have PTSD and when I was first diagnosed it was all that would help. It's been two years now and I'm a lot better but I never would have improved if not for the outside help.
I realise that the voices in my head are my own, belonging to me. They are not coming from other people, real or imaginary. The voices often provide explanations for how I am feeling or guide me through a problem
Usually, I converse with them; makes for very interesting discussion.
As long as they agree with me, we get along well.
