Can you tell me a nation that did any better against Covid? The one I know of put no restrictions on their citizens.

As for the withdrawal agreement; Biden eliminated Trumps pull out plan and did an emendate pull out to hit a date and then had to put troops back in to pick up the freaken pieces.
