The final word on my car situation after the woman backed into me in a public parking lot came to me by phone call today. The adjuster said her people thought the original estimate was too low and a check for $1338.83 with be sent to me within 5 to 10 business days. I thanked her and we hung up.

I have posted this because someone from my original posting of the incident said to let them know how this turned out. Recall that the lady who backed into me thought I was parked illegally and a business owner there told me the same thing. You must be in control of your vehicle at all times. OMG, did I say that? Is that in the driver's manual?
