Well there goes my popularity with Evangelidiot, the Great Stinky and the family of the Great Stinky.
It appears that the Great Stinky's case went to court last Friday, the Great Stinky TRIED to Plead Not Guilty on grounds of being mentally disturbed BUT the Magistrate, after having read ALL of Stinky's past RECORDS dismissed his claim and the case went on for 4 hours until the Prosecution brought forward a Psychiatrists and he read out his report and assessment.
According to Evangelidiot who sat in on the Hearing, the Magistrate agreed that Stinky's claims are erroneous and that he was fully aware of his actions and the consequences of them as well, so he gave Stinky a sentence of 2 years and 5 months in prison with a Non-parole period of 23 months.
Mother Stinky ranted at me over the phone that " HAD I given the money needed to bail Stinky out, then they would have smuggled to another state under another name and he would be safe now."
To Hell with the safety of Stinky, it IS the safety of all the other children that he may have come into contact with that I was thinking about when I refused to help with his Bail.

Not a long enough sentence.

Did you get your phone number changed?

Our Telco, aka Telstra, is a wee bit lax and slow, they informed me that " since the Pandemic they have inundated with such a deluge of works that changing my number could take up to 4 weeks."

@Triphid Yeah, but I think in many cases, the pandemic is a convinient excuse to not work.

23 months? That’s hardly enough time for him to wash the filth off and get a boyfriend πŸ˜‚. As for his mom, she sounds as sick as the boy is. That explains a lot!

Oh, knowing where Great Stinky will be 'lodging' for a spell, he'll have no shortage of Suitors I'd reckon.

Looking forward to the next instalment. Much better than Neighbours or Home and Away

Why wait, come and live in amongst it?

You chose wisely. The Great Stinky chose foolishly.

Plus it would be illegal to lend bail, if you knew that the defendant was likely to be a flight risk or even intended to run.

Though I am sure that making you a criminal, is only a small technicality in the minds of Stinky and his family.

I have been wondering about this situation.
Glad he is getting his just desserts, and if you had paid his bail you would not see that money again.

I would block them all and pretend they don't exist.

BTW if the house on the other side of the evangeligiot is ever up for sale let me know. I would love to buy it just to drive him even more insane, when the blue haired hippy is fire twirling to music and telling him to shut the F up when he starts to spout rubbish.

will do but at the moment those owning the other house are doing such great and wonderful job of truly pissing him.
I learned from the today that they have been sending complaints to the local Council Building Inspector re- Evangellidiot's un-authorized structures aka Shed that, given their height, would easily house the tail section of a Jumbo Jet.
I mean my house has 2 main rooms with ceilings that are approx. 12 feet above floor level but they INSIDE the house. His 'structures have their roofs at least 12-14 feet above Ground Level, now what NORMAL home owner required so high a roof over an ordinary shed UNLESS he/she intends to actually house something that tall inside it.
I've helped to erect NEW sheds that have the rafter works ONLY 10 feet above ground level and those sheds have anywhere between 20- 30 feet in width and 30 to 40 feet in length.
But hey, IF the house ever goes up for sale, I'll be the first to let you know.

@Triphid Hey as long as they are on his case, what about the house behind him. Block him in on all sides.
Surprised he has not been ordered to remove the shed.
Mind you if he goes I don't want to buy his house. My brain shudders at the idea.

@Budgie Last I heard was the Building Inspector visited and personally handed Evangelidiot a Notice giving him 28 days to submit ALL relevant plans, etc, etc, to do with each and every structure that is NOT the original house nor listed as being on the land according to the Property Deeds.
By my calculations, the 28 days EXPIRED 3 days AFTER Evangelidiot departed on his supposed 6 months trip to do some Masonry work for a Company known as Stone Henge Masonry where he claimed many times before that he was so much in demand that the Owner insisted on paying him $65.00 per hour and that he would ONLY be expected to work a maximum of 6 hours per day, 5 days per week no matter what the other employees were asked to work hours and days wise..
Oh, and after the good rains we've just had, the lady behind his house is lodging a complaint because Evangelidiot cut an opening at the base of their dividing fence, then dug a narrow trench through it as an outlet for accumulated rain water from his property to flow into hers thus swamping her back yard.

@Triphid With all of his non compliance I guess you will be asked to provide him bail money next. Tell the lady to put in some metal to stop the flow of his water.

@Budgie She, we in fact have gone one better,
Yesterday we worked together on the problem, while I cut cut some 1/2 inch steel sheeting then welded it together to make a huge steel planter box that covers almost the entire length of the fence.
She had already hired someone to dig down a hollowed space in the fence region, right up against the base of the fence in fact, then when the 'planter box' was finished the guy with the Bobcat eased the box into place and we mixed up some rapid set concrete to make sure it never moves ever again.
Evangelidiot's rainwater outlet is now sealed shut and sealed tight and Jackie has 2 appointments this morning, 1 is with a Law Firm, the other with the local City Council both to start the ball rolling on getting something done , legally, about Evangelidiot.

@Triphid That is so awesome. Well done you. Please tell us the outcome.
