You can call anyone out for their oppression of others, for illogical beliefs that jeopardize the rights, freedoms and safety of others, hiding behind faith is no shield at all to stating the truth.

So if someone believes the earth is flat you cannot mock them?

Or that calling America out over provoking another conflict in Europe over the Ukraine & Russia should go unrebuked?
I was fascinated by the opinion of an Australian living in the Ukraine shown on the news last night - "no one here is worried about a Russian invasion". The question was not asked "are you concerned about American meddling in Ukraine & stirring up NATO countries with anti Russian opinion will result in a 3rd world war?"

@FrayedBear Read "The Prince", by Machiavelli. "When you have unease within your country, take your countrymen's minds off them by turning their eyes towards your borders."
Putin has studied Machiavelli well.

@Petter America has long been "full of unease" starting with the Boston tea party.

@FrayedBear You're talking about the wrong country. Putin is the one who moved troops to his borders, thus initiating a response and "border crisis". There is a lot of unease with Putin and the corruption of his cronies, within Russia, which Putin needs to deflect.

@Petter compared to the US, European, Australian & other countries corruption it rates how?

@Petter Have you looked at the following:

[worldpopulationreview.com]

And considered whilst doing so "what questions were asked of the 17,000 participants, what qualifications did the particants have, what proportion of participants lived in each country mentioned, how western or Americanised were the questions and how does "perceived corruption vs real corruption" compare given the inaccuracy of the yardstick used to set the measurement.
Let me give you an example: in traditional Australian aboriginal culture there is no concept of ownership. Therefore if it is not in your hand or attached to your body anyone can take & use it. In that culture the act of theft, stealing, embezzlement, fraud does not exist therefore there can be no measure of corruption attached to these deeds. In Western culture however ownership is paradigm and yet American & European practice for a 1000 years+ has been to invade, plunder, steal, embezzle, defraud and swindle others of their possessions be it gold, silver, oil or proprietary right. In the last 100 years the main perpetrators of this have not been the countries listed as the most corrupt but the aforementioned Americans & Europeans not the Russians. And incidentally isn't it the same who since 1917 have sought & frequently succeeded in disrupting Russian, Vietnamese, Korean, Chilean, Cuban, Syrian, Iranian, Iraqi, Saudi Arabian, Libyan, Philippine, Australian, and with the mass migration from Africa to Europe European lives?

It is interesting, not, to note that Ukraine is identified amongst the most corrupt.

How many thousands of people has the Catholic Church tortured and killed over the centuries. Fuck that little twit!

Don't threaten that little twit with a good time, he'll have his robes hiked up and be grabbing his ankles before you know it.

2

What he is really saying is that he doesn't want his faith mocked, while his faith has condoned killing believers of other faiths.
