@SnowyOwl I don’t see a problem with that law. Schools shouldn’t teach anything either for or against religion as that’s something that should be decided by each individual.

Seeing as I voted for that Liberal Prime Minister, the first time I have ever voted Liberal in my life because the Conservatives decided to pander to the Trumptards south of the border, I suggest you keep that sensible bunch of retards on your side of the border. The funding coming in from the US far right has been cut off to those protestors that have been trying to hold our government hostage, mainly the far right People Party of Canada that is so unpopular that they haven't even attained official party status. The same sort of people that can't seem to understand that when you lose an election you need to acknowledge that fact, the will of the people and stop bitching and moaning about somehow being cheated out of the right to govern.
Canadians are sensible people and we have given the protestors their time to protest but now it has come down extortion and trying to govern without a mandate, we don't stand for that sort of treason the way some Americans do.

So, it sounds as if Oklahoma Republicans want to rid Oklahoma schools of all teachers by creating an environment that pits parents against teachers. The average teacher salary in Oklahoma is only a little over $28k per year. Adding the threat of being sued for teaching truth in a state which is already near the bottom for education seems like a bad idea but I guess Oklahoma Republican's are hell bent on shooting themselves in the foot, reloading, and aiming for the other foot as well.

Knowledge is dangerous, and should be kept in the hands of right-wing crazies. Those left-wing pinkos are out to destroy the United States of Absurdity!
