I've been sporadic lately in posting and will continue to be so. I close Tuesday on a new condo and will have to move. Hopefully this is the last one unless I move to another country in retirement which is a serious consideration.....

Do you have candidate countries? Will you discuss your criteria?

I have some but they change with looking into various things. Costs of living, medical care availability, crime rates, fellow expat populations and so forth.
