We could probably learn something from China on nuclear power.

Does Chinese nuclear power require radioactive fuel or create radioactive waste?

Have the Chinese beaten the EU’s [aureon.ca] ?
( EU is not the European Union. )

I’m sure it does but that would definitely be better than using coal. Their reactors are supposed to be very safe and melt down proof.

I totally agree, if they are in fact doing this. I've long thought we should be investing more in that technology.

Will you dirty cons ever start acting in the best interests of this country?

"The question is how much these activities will be supported by the government. There are some signs of life. President Joe Biden's landmark infrastructure bill will see just under $10 billion devoted to nuclear projects, including $3.2 billion that will go to developing Generation 4 technology. More was to come in Biden's Build Back Better legislation, though that bill's future is now in doubt."

China is already building Gen 4 reactors so what are we waiting on?

@Trajan61 We're waiting on the approval of Congress that was obstructed by the Republicans.

@LovinLarge The democraps have never been in favor of nuclear. Why would they change?

@Trajan61 My quote from your own article disproves that, Einstein.
