Just had Evangeloon at my door, sorrow of sorrows, asking me "IF I could use my welding skills, etc, to build him a newer, stronger and safer mast for him to attach a television antenna that WILL meet with the specifications and guidelines that he has been TOLD he must follow."
I told him that I wanted some time to think it over, draw up a design, work out ALL the details, etc, etc, AND work out exactly how much my advice and welding , etc, experiences are going to cost him.
Well just did a quick research on material prices, electric arc welding rods 5 kilogram packet/s x 3 btw, can't go skimping on the materials now can I), NEW 75 ohm Coaxial cable, fixtures and fittings, guy-ropes, turnbuckles for guy-ropes, etc, etc, PLUS, including my salary/wages at $30.50 per hour including time spent on designing and building a scaled down model made from strips of wood.
Guess what, my are NOT going to cheap for him and I do NOT intend to slave away for hours upon hours every day as well, but he WILL get a fully itemized listing of ALL the work and hours spent though.
