Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.I dunno.. that hurts sooooo many people in the long term. Destroying infrastructure is not a tap on/ tap off solution like sanctions. When the war is over I don't think it should be necessary to have the populations start from being victims of a "bomb them into the stone age" mentality. It helps nobody... imo.
