Do you eat healthy and waste food? I eat healthy and nothing goes to waste. Was always aware of not wasting food. I eat a lot of fruits and veggies and may eat left overs a couple of times a week but everything is consumed.

I eat in moderation, and waste nothing.

If I don't eat it the coyote, rabbit, birds, bug, microbes....do.
Eating - generally I eat healthy but reward myself with the occasional splurge, ie: chocolate something.
I do not over eat....except for chocolate.

If poop, pee or heat leave your body, something was waisted!
Do you use Russia's GMO Ecoli to produce methane from your poop?
Do you have heat exchange coils to use heat the Ecoli give off to heat your hot water?
Do you use that methane to power you car & house electricity?
If the answer is "NO", YOU WASTE FOOD!!!!!!
