This is not in the United States and the British tabloid press is notorious for publishing false shit.

I first posted a link to the story from Newsweek, but the link was bad.

@barjoe The story itself is not supposed to be taken seriously. Whether true or not, something like this doesn't matter in the whole grand scheme of things. Whether presented as parody or not, it could appear anywhere just for laughs.
