"Lawyers working on efforts to get Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) booted off the ballot as she seeks her second term filed a brief on Friday saying she lied under oath when talking about the Jan 6th insurrection with texts she exchanged with former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows proving she was not being truthful."

"Attorneys handling the case now contend they can prove Taylor Greene lied while being questioned."

Question: What will happen?

If they lay it out cleanly enough, it may be seen as too embarrassing to sweep under the rug. I give that scenario 10% probability.

I hope prosecutors do an immaculately clean and job of scandalizing the traitor.

And that could not have happened to a nicer (oops, I mean nastier) woman.

Of course, she lied. That is what repubs do now. If she has represented her supporters, they have a large problem and should get it fixed.

They sure need their absent minds fixed.

@AnonySchmoose Their minds do not need to be fixed, their supporters need to know they are lacking one.
