Hello and welcome. The app is certainly registering your profile, since I can see you quite plainly. At the beginning you are only allowed a few limited things on the site, such as making posts, the more you do, and build up trust however, the more you are allowed. It is how the site attempts to keep out scammers and trolls, but you will quickly go up the levels don't worry.
