Also, SCOTUS has rejected 45’s appeal.

DUH, he's still living in his dream world and thinks he's invincible. Guess what, he's not. I think we need to come up with a special term for him instead of POTUS like APOTUS (asshole) or POSPOTUS.

The fifth is an admission of guilt so it works for us.

@rainmanjr I'd rather have him testify. He would likely implicate himself while simultaneously committing perjury.

@Dave375 I'm with you. That would be preferential but, should he choose to not take the stand or talk while on it, then those are still useful.

I somehow cannot imagine that he will be in jail ever.

I’m leaning towards it now.

He will probably be placed under house arrest if and when he is found guilty. Unless the state builds a particular prison or wing just for him, the situation would be untenable. Can you imagine the scene where his secret service agents have to say; "No my president. We pick the soap up in the shower".

I'm starting to think that the reason this took so long is because of all the corruption in the FBI that had to be cleaned up first. 45 corrupted every branch of the government and many departments within.

I’m sure that is part of it. Good catch.
