Good point. Let me be more precise:
Idiotic from a public relations standpoint.
Many are more idiotic than Graham from a policy standpoint.
To be fair, it's a ban after 15 weeks, which personally I'm fine with, but it should be a state thing, not federal. And I don't think he was TRYIng to sabotage anyone. He just got carried away a bit. 
I've seen worse.
