It’s not a matter on who was on the ballot. It’s a matter of ballots that only had one person voted for.

@CourtJester CJ, I wouldn't bother paying attention to this Dhilton fellow. A bag of rocks comes to mind when considering his mental capacities. It's why he's on my 'ignore list'.. (Those that when I see their name in front of a reply or post, I don't bother reading it.) They're just a waste of time.
